The Tribunals often deal with disputes between individual Ontarians or between an individual and the Province of Ontario.

Small Claims Court is a branch of the Superior Court of Justice. It deals with civil disputes of a monetary value of up to $35,000.

Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process where individuals meet with a mediator to resolve legal issues without going to court.
