License Appeal Tribunal

Prashad Paralegal can assist you with your tribunal process if you have been denied benefits by your auto insurer and have no access to funds for medical treatment, assistive devices, and specified benefits (income replacements benefits, non earner benefits, caregiving benefits).  

We can also assist if your claim has been outright denied by your auto insurer and you wish to dispute the denial.

Landlord and Tenant Board

Prashad Paralegal can assist you if you are either a landlord or a tenant with your tribunal process if you find yourself in the following situations:

License Appeal Tribunal

The Workplace Safety and Appeals Tribunal is the final level of appeal to which workers and employers may bring disputes concerning workplace safety and insurance matters in Ontario. The Appeals Tribunal is separate from and independent of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. Decisions are made by adjudicators who are Order-in-Council appointments.

Social Benefits Tribunal

The Social Benefits Tribunal hears appeals from people who have either been refused social assistance or receive social assistance but disagree with a decision that affects the following:

  • Their eligibility for assistance;
  • The amount of assistance they receive;
  • The benefits they receive.
